Ontario’s community health workers – close the wage gap!

The community health sector is facing a critical wage gap compared to other sectors, such as hospitals and schools. Combined with the rising cost of living, the wage gap is making it increasingly difficult to attract and retain the staff we need. This disparity has led to an urgent staffing crisis, severely impacting the sector’s ability to deliver the services and care that Ontarians rely on.
